Refunds & Cancellations (Non-group reservations):
A deposit equal to first night stay will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation is required via phone no later than 72 hours (before 4.00 pm EST time) prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations of less than 72 hours advance notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the retained deposit.
